At ArtisanQube, every item is crafted with care. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged
- There is a stitching or embroidery fault
- The product is unused and in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
Because they are made especially for you, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom embroidery orders
- Personalized name/signature/logo T-shirts
- Photo-frame embroidery items
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID + clear photos/videos
- Our team will verify and guide you with the process
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued as:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible only for size issues on non-custom designs.
