At ArtisanQube, every item is crafted with care. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There is a stitching or embroidery fault
  • The product is unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Because they are made especially for you, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom embroidery orders
  • Personalized name/signature/logo T-shirts
  • Photo-frame embroidery items

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order ID + clear photos/videos
  3. Our team will verify and guide you with the process

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for size issues on non-custom designs.
